Our Central Station’s employees are there to help 24/7 and are very courteous and respectful to our customers. Our Central Station can receive alarm signals through multiple modes of transmission to guarantee prompt receipt of your alarm signal and the proper handling of any alarm or trouble signal. Basin Alarm can monitor most alarm systems installed by our competitors. We offer multiple discounts and referral rewards to our customers. Below is a list of Central Station Monitoring services available from Basin Alarm.

● Basic Central Station Monitoring

Includes calls to the subscriber and/or Authorities in the event of an alarm signal or trouble signal.

● Basic Central Station Monitoring with Openings and Closings

Un-supervised Openings and Closings

Reports of alarm arming and disarming activity are generated and mailed to our customers at the beginning of each month.

            Supervised Openings and Closings

Reports of alarm arming and disarming activity are generated and mailed to our customers at the beginning of each month. If failure to arm or disarm the alarm system occurs or system use is detected outside of established time frames, calls to Subscriber and/or Authorities are made.

● Two-Way Voice

Allows direct voice communication to Central Station employees eliminating the need of a telephone call in most incidents.

● Residential Fire Alarm Monitoring

Your alarm system can communicate fire alarm signals to the Central Station in the event a fire breaks out while you are away from your home.

● Commercial Fire Alarm Monitoring

Required by code in most situations. Included are regular “Timer-Tests” that insure proper communication between your Fire Alarm Panel and the Central Station.

● Elevator Emergency Phones

A recorded message followed by two-way voice communication with a Central Station operator.
